Company

Built by people tired of five dashboards that never agreed.

GVANSH started with a mundane, maddening problem: reconciling stock across five channel dashboards that each insisted they were right. So we built one number they all have to answer to.

Where GVANSH came from

Anyone who has sold across Shopify, a marketplace and a shop floor at the same time knows the ritual: open every dashboard, export every report, and spend the morning working out which one is lying. The counts never matched, and the cost of that mismatch was real, in oversells, in stockouts, in orders shipped from the wrong place.

We were convinced the problem was not more dashboards but fewer. One true stock count that every channel reads from and writes to, with the intelligence to forecast, reorder and route sitting on top. GVANSH is that idea, made operational.

We keep the company deliberately focused. Rather than a wall of logos and quotes, we would rather the product speak: connect your channels, watch the hub sync, and judge it on whether the number stays true.

What we hold to

Three principles, and we mean them literally.

01

One true number, always.

There is a single stock count, and every channel answers to it. If two numbers disagree, one of them is wrong, and it is our job to make sure it is neither.

02

Reorder points that move.

We do not ship fixed thresholds and call it automation. Reorder points track your actual sales, because a guess frozen in time is just a slower way to be wrong.

03

Every order routed by data.

Fulfilment decisions come from stock, proximity and cost, not from habit or a default warehouse. The network should be used the way it was built to be.
