These terms govern your use of GVANSH, our multi-channel inventory and order management service operated by GVANSH Private Limited.
GVANSH provides inventory synchronisation, demand forecasting, auto-reordering, order routing, returns reconciliation and channel analytics. You may use the service for your own commercial operations, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the channel connections and settings you configure.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised. You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
To sync your stock, you authorise GVANSH to read and write inventory and order data on the channels you connect. You are responsible for holding valid accounts on those channels and for complying with their own terms. GVANSH acts on the data those channels provide, and the accuracy of the sync depends on their availability.
Access depends on your plan, which is defined by channel count and capability. Where billing applies, it is described at sign-up or agreed with our team for Scale-tier setups. You can move between tiers as your operation changes.
We work to keep the service accurate and available, and we detect and alert on sync failures rather than hiding them. However, we depend on the channels and networks we connect to, and we cannot guarantee those third parties will always be available.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to handle data you have no right to handle. We may suspend access where use threatens the security or integrity of the service.
GVANSH is provided to support your operations, and while we take accuracy seriously, you remain responsible for your own commercial decisions. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
