GVANSH connects to your sales channels and warehouses to keep one true stock count. This policy explains what we hold, why we hold it, and the limits we place on it.
We collect two kinds of information. The first is account information you provide when you sign up or contact us, such as your name, work email, company and the channels you sell on. The second is operational data drawn from the channels and warehouses you connect, including SKUs, stock levels, orders, returns and the fees associated with each channel.
Channel and warehouse data is used to maintain your true stock count and to power forecasting, reordering, order routing, returns reconciliation and channel analytics. Account information is used to create and administer your workspace and to respond to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your operational data for any purpose other than running the service for you.
When you connect a channel, GVANSH requests only the read and write permissions the sync needs. That access exists to read stock and orders and to write corrected stock levels back. You can review the scope for each channel before you connect it, and you can disconnect a channel at any time.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access within GVANSH is limited to what operating and supporting the service requires. If a channel stops syncing, our systems detect and alert on the failure rather than letting stock drift silently.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for the period needed to meet legal and operational obligations. When you close your account, you can request deletion of your data, and we will remove it except where we are required to retain specific records.
You can access and correct your account information, disconnect any connected channel, and request export or deletion of your data. To make any of these requests, reach us through our contact page.
If we change how we handle your data, we will revise this policy and, where the change is significant, let account holders know directly.
