Security

Your stock data, handled with the care it deserves.

GVANSH sits between your channels and your true stock count, so we treat access, encryption and sync reliability as core product guarantees, stated plainly and without overclaiming.

How we handle access

Read and write, scoped and explained.

Scoped channel access

Each connection requests only the read and write permissions the sync needs, nothing broader. We explain, per channel, exactly what those permissions let us do and why.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Data moving between your channels and GVANSH is encrypted in transit, and stored data is encrypted at rest. Access to it is limited to what operating the service requires.

Sync-failure alerting

If a channel stops syncing, that is not something we hope you notice. It is a hard technical guarantee: the failure is detected and alerted so a silent drift never becomes a silent oversell.

Sync-failure alerting, as a guarantee

The most dangerous failure in inventory software is the quiet one: a channel that stopped updating hours ago while orders kept coming. GVANSH is built so that a broken sync is a detected, alerted event, not a surprise you find in a reconciliation later.

We treat this as a technical commitment rather than a policy promise. The system watches its own connections, and when one falls behind, it says so.

Compliance posture, stated honestly

We describe our compliance status as it stands today, and only as it stands today. We would rather tell you exactly where we are than imply certifications we do not hold. If you have a specific requirement, ask us directly and we will give you a straight answer.

  • Current status only, never aspirational claims
  • Direct answers to specific compliance questions
  • Access limited to what running the service requires

Questions about how we handle your data?

Ask us directly. We would rather be precise than impressive.
