A fixed threshold is a guess frozen in time. GVANSH recalculates each SKU's reorder point from its live forecast and lead time, then drafts the purchase order the moment stock crosses it.
Most tools ask you to set a number: reorder when stock hits 50. That number was right on the day you set it and slowly wrong every day after. Sales speed up, lead times shift, seasons turn, and the threshold sits still.
GVANSH derives the reorder point instead of storing it. It combines the SKU's forecast demand with its supplier lead time and a safety margin, so the trigger rises when the SKU heats up and eases when it cools. You are always reordering against tomorrow's demand, not last quarter's.
When stock crosses the calculated point, a purchase order drafts automatically at the recommended quantity, grouped by supplier. Nothing is sent behind your back: the draft waits for approval, where you can adjust quantities, split across vendors, or approve as-is. Once approved, it goes out and the incoming quantity is tracked against the same true stock count.
